Trump Announces Delay of Tariff Hike on Chinese Goods

President Trump announced via Twitter Sunday he is delaying an increase
in tariffs on Chinese products after negotiators made "substantial
progress" in the ongoing trade discussions between Washington and
Beijing. A trade truce between the two countries was initially set to
expire on March 1 and would have increased tariffs from 10 to 25 percent
on $200 billion of Chinese goods.
