Arkansas Signs "Trigger" Abortion Ban into Law
----------------------------------------------

Arkansas Governor Asa Hutchinson signed into law a measure that would
automatically trigger an abortion ban if the Supreme Court overturns the
landmark 1973 Roe v. Wade ruling. The bill does not include exceptions
for rape or incest. Arkansas is now the fifth state to sign into law the
so-called trigger abortion ban bill.
