Floods and Mudslides Kill At Least 33 in South Africa

In South Africa, at least 33 people are dead in the eastern province of
Kwa Zulu-Natal after floods and mudslides crushed homes around the city
of Durban. Some parts of South Africa have received over nine inches of
rain since Monday-more than three times the average monthly total for
all of April.
