House Democrats Subpoena Former White House Counsel Don McGahn

The House Judiciary Committee has subpoenaed former White House counsel
Don Mc Gahn to testify to Congress on May 21 as part of an investigation
into whether President Trump illegally sought to obstruct special
counsel Robert Mueller's investigation into Russian interference in the
2016 election. Mueller's report found Mc Gahn defied President Trump's
demand he fire Mueller, threatening to resign rather than carry out the
order. Mc Gahn later did resign.
