Steve Bannon Disinvited from Headlining New Yorker Festival After Protests

The New Yorker magazine editor David Remnick says President Trump's
former chief strategist Steve Bannon will no longer be headlining the
upcoming New Yorker Festival in October, after a slew of celebrities and
New Yorker staff members protested Bannon's participation. Bannon was
the longtime head of the far-right-wing news outlet Breitbart News,
which frequently publishes white nationalist propaganda.
