Paul Manafort and Special Counsel Reach Tentative Plea Deal

The New York Times reports that former Trump campaign chair Paul
Manafort will soon reach a plea deal with prosecutors to avoid an
upcoming trial for his foreign lobbying work in Ukraine.
His plea deal could include cooperating with special counsel Robert
Mueller's investigation into Trump's ties to Russia. Last month,
Manafort was convicted in a Virginia court on eight charges of bank and
tax fraud.
