Tennessee: Court Rules Memphis Police Illegally Spied on Activists

And in Tennessee, a federal judge has ruled the Memphis Police
Department violated an agreement to stop engaging in political
surveillance. The ACLU successfully argued in court that Memphis police
broke a 1978 consent decree when it set up a phony Facebook profile to
surveil activists with Black Lives Matter and other civil rights groups.
