Supreme Court Temporarily Halts Landmark Youth Climate Lawsuit

The Supreme Court has temporarily halted a landmark climate lawsuit
brought by 21 young people who argue the government has failed to take
necessary action to curtail fossil fuel emissions, violating their
constitutional rights. The trial was set to begin in less than two weeks
in a federal court in Eugene, Oregon.
