Shipwreck Kills 8 Refugees Off Turkish Coast, 25 Still Missing

At least eight people died and another 25 are missing after a boat
carrying refugees capsized off the coast of Turkey. The United Nations
says over 1,700 refugees have died trying to cross the Mediterranean so
far this year.
