Nissan Chairman Arrested for Financial Misconduct

Nissan Chairman Carlos Ghosn was arrested in Japan Monday after an
internal investigation revealed significant financial misconduct. Ghosn
is suspected of violating financial laws by filing false statements and
under-reporting his income by more than $40 million over a five-year
period.
