Orange County Flips to Democrats After Cisneros Wins House Race

In California, Democrat Gil Cisneros has defeated Republican Young Kim,
gaining a 37th congressional seat for the Democrats. Cisneros' win means
that the traditional Republican stronghold of Orange County is now
entirely represented by Democrats, for the first time in almost eighty
