Report: Climate Change Could Intensify Hurricane Rainfall by 30%

A new report in the journal Nature finds that climate change intensified
rainfall in Hurricanes Katrina, Irma and Maria by up to 9 percent,
making the storms deadlier and more destructive. Scientists predict that
increasing temperatures could further intensify future rainfall in
hurricanes by up to 30 percent in the most extreme cases.
