Justice Dept. Approves $66B Takeover of Monsanto by German Pharma Giant Bayer

The Justice Department has approved a takeover of the U.S. agribusiness
giant Monsanto by the German pharmaceutical firm Bayer. The planned $66
billion takeover would make the combined company the largest supplier of
seeds and agricultural chemicals in the world.
