Dick Cheney Urges Restart to Torture Program, Saying, "I'd Do It Again"

Former Vice President Dick Cheney said Thursday that the U.S. should
restart torture interrogation tactics, telling a Fox Business Network
anchor, "If it were my call, I'd do it again."

Dick Cheney: "If it were my call, I would not discontinue those
programs. I'd have them active and ready to go. And I'd go back and
study them and learn."
