Britain: Former Russian Spy Appears to Have Been Poisoned

In Britain, a former Russian spy appears to have been poisoned. Sergei
Skripal, an ex-Russian military intelligence officer who once spied for
Britain, was found unconscious on a bench in Salisbury on Sunday. In
2006, another former Russian spy was poisoned and died in London,
causing years of tensions between Britain and Russia.
