Citing National Security, Trump Blocks Broadcom Takeover of Qualcomm

In a rare move, President Trump has blocked the Singapore-based company
Broadcom from purchasing the American company Qualcomm. Trump cited a
threat to national security in blocking the $117 billion acquisition,
which would have been the biggest deal in technology history.
