Cyprus: 19 Dead, 25 Missing Off Coast as Migrant Boat Capsizes

In the Mediterranean, at least 19 people are dead, and 25 others still
missing, after a boat carrying more than 100 migrants capsized at sea
off the coast of Cyprus Tuesday. The deaths came as Italy and other
European countries have launched a crackdown on ocean vessels carrying
migrants hoping to claim asylum in Europe.
