Reports: Trump Admin Freezes $125 Million in Funding for U.N. Agency for Palestinians

Meanwhile, multiple news outlets are reporting that the Trump
administration has frozen $125 million in funding for the U.N. agency
that provides humanitarian aid to Palestinians. The United Nations
Relief and Works Agency provides critical educational and health
services in the Gaza Strip. Last week, President Trump threatened to cut
off U.S. funding to the agency, tweeting, "With the Palestinians no
longer willing to talk peace why should we make any of these massive
future payments to them?" The State Department is denying the funding
has been frozen.
