February 7, 2018 House Passes Legislation Overhauling Congress' Sexual Harassment Process ------------------------------------------------------------------------ On Capitol Hill, the House of Representatives has passed a bill overhauling the secretive process for reporting sexual harassment in Congress. The legislation would bar lawmakers accused of sexual harassment from using taxpayer money to settle lawsuits.
