West Virginia Teachers Begin Third Day on Strike

In West Virginia, teachers have begun their third day on strike. The
strike has shut down all of the state's public schools. Teacher salaries
in West Virginia are lower than in all but two other states, with
salaries beginning at just over $32,000 for a new teacher.
