Wisconsin: 3 Jail Staffers Charged over Prisoner's Dehydration Death

In Wisconsin, prosecutors have brought felony charges against three
Milwaukee County Jail staffers over the death of 38-year-old Terrill
Thomas, a prisoner who died of extreme dehydration after he spent a week
without access to water in a solitary confinement jail cell. At the time
of Thomas's death, the jail was overseen by Sheriff David Clarke-a
staunch supporter of Donald Trump who has compared the Black Lives
Matter movement to the Ku Klux Klan.
