Reports: Tobacco Giant Altria to Sign $13 Billion Deal with Juul

Altria, the company who produces Marlboro cigarettes, is reportedly
close to signing a $13 billion deal with e-cigarette maker Juul. Earlier
this month, Altria invested $1.8 billion in Canadian cannabis company
Cronos. Canada legalized recreational marijuana use in October.
