France: Gunman on the Loose After Killing 3 at Christmas Market

In France, a gunman shot and killed three people, injuring at least 12
others, at an outdoor Christmas market in the northeast city of
Strasbourg. The gunman is still on the loose, and it is believed he may
have fled to nearby Germany. France has issued the highest level of
security alert. The subject was reportedly under investigation by French
