Betsy DeVos Prepares to Rewrite Campus Sexual Misconduct Policies

The New York Times is reporting Education Secretary Betsy De Vos is
preparing new policies on campus sexual misconduct that would bolster
the rights of students accused of assault, harassment or rape, while
lessening liability for institutions of higher education. The new rules
would also narrow the definition of sexual harassment and only hold
schools accountable for conduct occurring on campus.
