Wisconsin: Tens of Thousands Forced to Evacuate after Refinery Explosion

In Wisconsin, tens of thousands of people have been forced to evacuate
after an explosion at a Husky Energy refinery in Superior. At least
fifteen people were injured in the blast. One is in serious condition.
The cause of the explosion is unknown.
