NYT: Trump Rolling Back Limits on Drone Strikes, Commando Raids

The New York Times reports the Trump administration is preparing to
dismantle rules limiting CIA and military drone strikes and commando
raids outside of conventional battlefields. The plan would remove
so-called high-level vetting of proposed raids and drone strikes and
would allow for the assassination of low-level foot-soldiers.
