Following Hurricane, Barbuda Uninhabited for First Time in 3 Centuries

In the Caribbean, authorities say they've evacuated all 1,800 residents
of Barbuda to its sister island of Antigua, after Hurricane Irma's
landfall on September 6 made Barbuda "uninhabitable." Barbuda's
government says it's the first time the island has been uninhabited in
300 years.
