In Rebuke to Trump, California Adopts "Sanctuary State" Law

And California has adopted a so-called sanctuary state law, aimed at
limiting police statewide from cooperating with federal immigration
agents in carrying out President Trump's mass deportations. The new
sanctuary state law, signed Thursday, is the most expansive in the
United States.
