Syria: Airstrike in Idlib Province Kills 11 Civilians

In Syria, at least 11 children were killed, including two children,
after an airstrike ripped through a market in the northwestern province
of Idlib. Video posted online by the Syrian Civil Defense-known as the
White Helmets-showed rescue workers pulling a man and a child from a
collapsed building in the city of Maarrat al-Nu'man. Local groups blamed
Syrian regime warplanes for the attack.
