Vietnam: 49 Dead Amid Flooding from Powerful Typhoon

In Vietnam, at least 49 people are dead after the most powerful typhoon
to strike the country in nearly two decades made landfall Saturday,
bringing damaging winds and flooding. The storm follows flooding blamed
for another 80 deaths last month.
