Afghanistan: ISIS Attack Kills 8 Civilians in Kabul

In Afghanistan, at least eight civilians were killed and 28 more wounded
in a suicide bombing in Kabul. Officials say the target of the attack
was a NATO convoy. Three U.S. soldiers were wounded in the attack. ISIS
militants claimed responsibility.
