Syrian Gov't Retakes Full Control of Homs, Once the "Capital of the Revolution"

The Syrian government says it's taken full control of Homs, after
thousands of anti-government rebels and residents were evacuated over
the weekend. In 2011, Homs became known as the "capital of the
revolution" when it was one of the first cities to rise up against
Syrian President Bashar al-Assad.
