Senate Approves Robert Lighthizer as U.S. Trade Representative

The Senate has approved Robert Lighthizer to be U.S. trade
representative. He served as deputy trade representative during the
Reagan administration. He's a proponent of trade tariffs and has been a
vocal critic of China.
