Trump Issues Keystone XL Pipeline Permit to TransCanada

In breaking news, the Trump administration has approved a permit
allowing Trans Canada to build the Keystone XL pipeline, which would
carry oil from Canada's tar sands to Gulf Coast refineries in the United
States. The pipeline was the subject of a years-long fight by
environmental groups, who convinced the Obama administration to deny a
permit following a long campaign of civil disobedience and mass protest.
