France: Driver Arrested After Attempting to Strike Muslim Worshipers

In France, a 43-year-old Armenian man was arrested Thursday after
attempting to ram his SUV into a crowd outside a mosque. Witnesses say
the driver was thwarted in his attempts to kill Muslims, only because
his vehicle struck barriers put in place to protect the mosque.
