Tropical Storm Cindy Brings Heavy Rains to Gulf Coast

In the Gulf Coast, Tropical Storm Cindy made landfall in southwestern
Louisiana this morning, as forecasters warned the storm could bring up
to a foot of rain and deadly flash flooding in places. Cindy was blamed
for at least one death in Alabama on Wednesday.
