CFPB Suing Largest Student Loan Servicer in U.S. for Overcharging Students

The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau is suing the nation's largest
student loan servicer, Navient, accusing it of "systematically and
illegally failing borrowers at every stage of repayment." Navient
services $300 billion in private and federal loans. The suit argues
Navient illegally increased the cost of the loans for millions of
students.
