Cleveland: Officers to Face Disciplinary Charges in Tamir Rice Death

In Cleveland, three police officers will face disciplinary charges in
the 2014 shooting death of Tamir Rice, a 12-year-old African-American
boy who was fatally shot by police while playing with a toy pellet gun
in a park. In late 2015, an Ohio grand jury decided there would be no
criminal charges against the officers.
