DOJ Will Reverse Obama Plan to Phase Out Private Prison Contracts

Meanwhile, the Justice Department said Thursday it will reverse an Obama
administration policy that would have phased out the federal
government's use of private prisons. The announcement touched off a
spike in the after-hours share prices of for-profit prisons, including
Core Civic and GEO Group.
