Judge Dismisses Ethics Lawsuit Against Trump

A federal judge has thrown out an ethics lawsuit against President
Trump. The suit had alleged Trump had violated the Emoluments Clause of
the U.S. Constitution in part by accepting foreign government money via
the new Trump International Hotel on Pennsylvania Avenue, just blocks
from the White House. The group that filed the lawsuit, CREW, Citizens
for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington, has vowed to appeal the
ruling.
