Iraqi Military Says It's Seized Control of Tal Afar from ISIS

The U.S.-backed Iraqi military says it's seized control of Tal Afar from
ISIS militants. The eight-day offensive to take control of the city,
which sits about 50 miles west of Mosul, was backed by a U.S. bombing
campaign.
