EU Reaches Agreement with Afghan Gov't to Deport Afghan Refugees

This comes as the European Union has reached an agreement with the
Afghan government that allows the EU to deport an unlimited number of
Afghan refugees back to Afghanistan. A leaked memo shows the EU
threatened to reduce humanitarian aid to Afghanistan if the Afghan
government did not accept the deportations agreement.
