China to Trump: No, Climate Change is Not Chinese Hoax

Here at the 22nd annual U.N. climate change summit, known as the
Conference of Parties, or COP 22, China's Vice Foreign Minister Liu
Zhenmin has rejected Donald Trump's claim that global warming is a
Chinese hoax. Instead, Liu Zhenmin said, "If you look at the history of
climate change negotiations, actually it was initiated by the IPCC with
the support of the Republicans during the Reagan and senior Bush
administration during the late 1980s."
