Russia Pulls Out of International Criminal Court

Russia has pulled out of the International Criminal Court, only one day
after the court called the Russian annexation of Crimea an "occupation"
in a report. Philippines President Rodrigo Duterte said Wednesday he
might also withdraw from the court. The United States is not a member of
the International Criminal Court, although U.S. officials are currently
facing the possibility of being prosecuted by the court for war crimes
in Afghanistan.
