Ohio: Mistrial Declared for White Officer Ray Tensing, Who Killed Sam DuBose

In Ohio, the trial of former University of Cincinnati police officer Ray
Tensing, who shot and killed 43-year-old Sam Du Bose last year, has
ended in a mistrial after the jury was unable to reach a verdict.
Officer Tensing, who is white, fatally shot Du Bose, who is black, after
Officer Tensing stopped Du Bose over a traffic violation. Tensing was
wearing a T-shirt emblazoned with a Confederate battle flag under his
uniform when he fatally shot Du Bose in the head.
