Afghanistan: 6 Killed After Attack at German Consulate
------------------------------------------------------

In Afghanistan, at least six people have died and more than 100 are
wounded after a suicide truck bomb exploded at the German Consulate in
Mazar-e-Sharif. The Taliban claimed responsibility for the attack,
saying it was in retaliation for the U.S. airstrikes near Kunduz last
week, which killed 30 civilians, the majority of whom were women and
children.
