Colorado Supreme Court Rejects Local Bans on Fracking

The Colorado Supreme Court has blocked cities from imposing local bans
on the oil and gas drilling process known as fracking. The court struck
down a five-year fracking moratorium passed by the city of Fort Collins,
saying it was trumped by state authority to promote industry.
