Syria: 15 Killed in Airstrikes; Assad Vows to Reclaim "Every Inch" of Syria

In Syria, at least 15 people have been killed and dozens wounded in a
series of airstrikes on rebel-held areas in the city of Aleppo. There
are reports one of the strikes hit a makeshift hospital in the eastern
district of Shaar. On Tuesday, Syrian President Bashar al-Assad
delivered a speech vowing to retake "every inch" of Syria.
