Tests Show Prince Died from Opioid Overdose

Toxicology tests have revealed the legendary singer Prince died from an
accidental overdose of the opioid fentanyl. Fentanyl is many times more
powerful than heroin and morphine. Seventy-eight Americans die every day
from opioid overdoses.
