California Voters to Consider Marijuana Legalization in November

California voters will decide in November whether to legalize
recreational marijuana. Secretary of State Alex Padilla said proponents
of legalization have submitted more than enough signatures to get the
issue on the ballot. If the initiative passes, one in six Americans
would live in a state where selling marijuana is legal.
